Prepared and cooked in a unique Massala Sauce with cream. Served with Pilau Rice or chips.
Lamb Baza Roshun
For garlic lovers. A medium strength dish with greater use of fresh slices of roasted garlic prepared with onions, plum tomatoes and a blend of Indian ground spices.

A very popular home style dish cooked with spicy grilled strips of chicken tikka and served in a thick sauce of minced meat (Keema). Hot dish with a very distinctive taste.
Rezella
This dish is prepared like Rogan Josh but with its own unique taste. Topped with a strong flavour of cinnamon and bay leaves with briskly fried onions and tomatoes.
